Make-Up Policy for Missed Classes
Prenatal Classes
If you are registered in a Prenatal 'pre-registration' class (prenatal yoga or prenatal strength), and you miss a class, we have a generous 'make-up' policy that allows you to drop into any other Prenatal class, within the same session in which you are registered and space permitting. Because our classes fill up, please call us prior to dropping in to let us know what class you'd like to drop into, so that we can determine if there will be space. Missed classes can not be carried over into the next session.
If you are unable to finish a session of pre-registered classes due to the birth of your beautiful babe or for health reasons, we will credit your Rebirth Wellness account for the value of the missed classes. The credit has no expiry, so you can use it for any classes, programs or health services that are offered by Rebirth Wellness Centre whenever you're ready to get out and about!
Stroller Bootcamp
1. If the stroller bootcamp class needs to be cancelled, you will receive an email from your instructor no later than 9:15 am on the morning of your scheduled class advising you of the cancellation. Also request to join our Rebirth Stroller Bootcamp Facebook Group for updates.
2. If you miss your class due to health or family reasons, you can do a make-up at another Stroller class and/or any of our onsite classes offered at rebirth (click the links to view the weekly schedule for mom & baby strength or mom & baby yoga). You have up to 3 months after the last day of your stroller bootcamp session to make-up your missed class. To reserve a spot in one of these classes, email info@rebirthwellness.ca, call us at 226-663-3243, or sign-in online using Mindbody or the Mindbody App.
3. No refunds will be given after the first day stroller bootcamp class has begun.
4. A refund will be given prior to the first class beginning if you cannot attend due to health or family reasons, etc., less a $30 service charge. If you paid by credit card, you will need to bring the card in that you used to purchase the class, so that we can credit your account. If you paid online, we will credit the card you used online.. Or a full credit to your rebirth wellness account, which you can use for other classes or health services at rebirth. 5. If you cannot complete the class after it has begun for any reason, you will not receive a cash refund, but you will have a credit that you may apply toward any class, workshop, or wellness service offered by rebirth wellness centre. Credits must be requested before the end of the stroller session you are registered in.

Rebirth Wellness Centre reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop due to failure to meet minimum amount of registrations.
Refund Policy
Pre-registration Classes
This includes all prenatal yoga or strength classes and stroller bootcamp. We are so grateful for the popularity of our classes. When you register for any of our classes that require pre-registration (these classes typically run for 8-week, 7-week, or 6 week sessions), we are reserving a spot for just for you! As such, there are no refunds offered.
Workshops
Due to the popularity of our programs, once you are registered for a workshop, we save a spot for you, as such no refunds are available. If you need to cancel because your baby comes early or for medical reasons, we will give you a credit on your account for the full amount of the class, which you can use toward any classes or services at rebirth wellness centre.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We are pleased to offer our exceptional services to you, and we believe that our time together is important. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, you can easily do so online or give us a call at 226-663-3243, or email us at info@rebirthwellness.ca and we'll gladly help you out with that.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show up for your appointment, unless there is an emergency, you will be asked to pay for your missed appointment in full, prior to booking a future appointment. Thank you for your consideration.
Use of Website

Payment for Products & Services
All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Rebirth Wellness Centre is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
