This 4-week session consists of two-60 minute, “baby-friendly” classes per week (total of 8 classes), for Mama’s looking to improve their strength, flexibility, mobility and reduce pain and/or injury. Aimee is the experienced Personal Training Specialist that will guide you in a safe approach to building your over-all personal fitness foundation and reaching your own personal wellness goals. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Yep, EVERYONE is welcome.
