We are inspired by the incredible strength of a pregnant woman. And, we understand how important it is to feel strong + healthy during pregnancy. This 6-week, moderate- intensity 1hr session per week for expectant Mama’s that will help to build and maintain a beneficial level of muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility & joint mobility during and after pregnancy. Pregnancy is a great time to get active- even if you haven’t exercised in awhile. These classes classes are suitable for all fitness levels and for all stages of pregnancy with modifications for any ache or necessary modification 6-week series will be hosted by Aimee Gelinas.
